thoughtful hopes

Her hope is gone and time flies bye

This little girl she caught my eye

She’s cold and tired and ready to die

I push back the feelings so I won’t cry

When you lose your happiness what are you left to do

When the worst part is yet to come and your already blue

Time passes fast

And you got nowhere to go

Her hope is gone and time flies bye

She’s losing herself

In the pit of disappear

Sitting by the bar wondering if anyone cares

It’s cold outside

She’s all alone

Reaches in her pocket and pulls out her phone

No one to call, nothing felt

Her hope is gone

Time flies bye

She’s cold and she’s tired and ready to die

I can’t bare it so I just say bye

Shame Shame Shame, He forgave you......

What are you most ashamed of? What is that one thing if you said out loud everyone would just disown you, write you off, and look at you in a different light? Sinner, yes that is true we all are some like to forget that in order to judge you justly and make sure to make you feel the size of a pea.

Have you been drinking again?

Oh its pre-marital sex?

Were you raped?

What shame do you hold on to?

You may keep pushed deep down, but the God that created everything already knows what you did and when you put you hope and trust in the Lord it was forgiven. Shame, Shame, Shame how do you even keep you head held up when you dibble you the world.

Why do we let other condemn us for our past for God said I do not forget it, but I will forsake it because I sent my son to die for you sweet one.

You can trust anyone? Is that the truth or is it that you can’t trust yourself.

Are you afraid to get hurt?  Is it that you don’t want to let people know that you’re afraid they will leave just like everyone else has in the past?

You have been forgiven. Believe it. Rest in it. Live it out.
